Kansas City has always been the origin for many who wander. Since the beginning, all trails West – the Santa Fe, California and Oregon trails - had roots in KC. From those roots we have grown our menu that embodies the spirit and flavors of the American West.

With Chateau Shetcheau we honor Kansas City’s “petit chateau” and the experiences we have had in opening our business in the middle of the global pandemic.

With the silken texture of Merlot, structure and body of Cabernet Sauvignon, bright red fruit and acidity of Chambourcin, and two years aging in new French oak, Chateau Shetcheau achieves the depth and sophistication of the legendary wines produced by the great chateaux of Bordeaux.

K Sera Syrah is made in the style of the Syrah-Grenache blends of the Southern Rhone valley of France, Grace Hill Chambourcin brings acidity and red fruit aromas that perfectly complement the deep tannins, spice and dark fruit aromas of our Sonoma-sourced Syrah.

The inspiration for FrenchKS (“French Kiss”) are the barrel-aged roses of Provence. The combination of Roussanne and Vignoles brings a wonderful texture and a bouquet loaded with tropical fruit and floral aromas. Aging in French oak barrels allows FrenchKS to develop exceptional smoothness and a graceful palate.

KWest (“Quest”) is an expression of the Rioja wines of Spain, combining Grace Hill Noiret with Tempranillo produced from Oregon grapes and aged 18 months in new American oak, resulting in a complex medium-bodied red wine honoring the Spanish explorers who introduced wine making to the Americas.
